There have been a lot of changes recently in online poker. With Lock Poker moving to the Cake Poker Network and becoming the Revolution Gaming Network, and the announcement that Merge Gaming is now rakeback friendly again, this is a good time to review what gets deducted at each rakeback friendly poker room. It is a good idea to research what is deducted from rakeback when comparing one offer to another.
U.S. Friendly Online Poker Rakeback Networks
Merge Gaming - Merge Gaming does not deduct anything from rakeback. Merge Gaming offered rakeback to players until June 1, 2011. On June 1, 2012, Merge Gaming once again started offering rakeback to new players. The Merge Gaming Network flagship is Carbon Poker. Black Chip Poker is another notable rakeback friendly Merge Gaming skin.
Revolution Gaming Network - Revolution Gaming Network does not deduct anything from rakeback. Lock Poker is the flagship of the Revolution Gaming Network. Other rakeback skins on the Revolution Gaming Network include Cake Poker, Intertops, Broadway Tables, and Red Star Poker.
Winning Poker Network - The Winning Poker Network deducts bonuses, cash winnings from promotions, and 1% for points earned from MGR. The player's net loss from bonuses and promotions is 27%. The Winning Poker Network rakeback skins are Americas Cardroom and True Poker. The Winning Poker Network was once known as the Yatahay Network.
Non U.S. Rakeback Poker Rooms
PKR - PKR deducts bonuses from MGR. This means that 30% of bonuses are deducted from rakeback.
Boss Media Network - Boss Media does not deduct anything from rakeback. Players must earn €100 during a month to get paid rakeback. If a player does not meet the €100 minimum, the rakeback is not paid by Boss Media and does not carry over to the next month. Boss Media rakeback friendly poker rooms include Fortune Poker, Poker Heaven, Paradise Poker, and Interpoker.
IGT Poker Network - Nothing is deducted from rakeback on the IGT Poker Network. Noiq Poker is the main rakeback friendly poker room on the IGT Poker Network. The IGT Poker Network was previously known as Entraction.
Everleaf Gaming - Everleaf Gaming does not deduct anything from rakeback. The main Everleaf Gaming skin that offers rakeback is Minted Poker.
