The next Intertops Gold Card Race starts today. The race runs between April 24th and 30th and offers a prize pool of $7,500. The top 200 players each week will win. The top prize is $500 each week. There is another $7,500 Gold Card Race scheduled for May 1-7.

The races are based on Gold Cards received at cash game tables. Each card is assigned a point value and there is a multiplier based on the limit played when the Gold card in won. In addition to the cash prize, winners also get to keep the Gold cards.
